Frank London – Spirit Stronger Than Blood

Frank London is definitely one of the pillars of the Jewish Culture Festival. There is probably no other artist like him, who – having started in 1992 – has come to Krakow for every edition  of the Festival, each time with a new music vision, which each time turned out to be a blockbuster of the Festival. This year we invited Frank with his most recent work, the “Chronika” concert, an exceptionally dynamic and lively concert of Yiddish songs.

Dear Frank, although you can’t join us in Krakow this year, we dedicate this year’s Festival entirely to you – with love from us all! Next year, we will be looking forward to seeing you and your “Chronika” and those seven nigunim you wrote just before going to the hospital. Stay brave, keep writing new nigunim -– there are still many festivals ahead where you need to play them.
